Working two full-time jobs from home and two kids under 6 our house is a hectic one. The audio has a very calming soothing voice

I have been using U Deserve IT’s sleep hypnosis for just over 1 week now & although I didn’t have problems getting to sleep I felt that the sleep wasn’t good quality & I was waking up tired.

The self-hypnosis was really wonderful

I’ve been using UDeserveIT sleep hypnosis for over a week now and have to say it has been amazing. Before I started using it I didn’t really realise that I had such bad sleep habits. Using UDeserveIT’s healthy sleep habit audit I was able to make quite a few adjustments to set myself up for a good nights sleep. The preparation was the first essential part for me as often I use my bedroom as a home office & there were great tips for that. But I have to say the self-hypnosis was really wonderful.
